Phi Chi Theta Business Fraternity is an organization grounded in the ideals of providing business education and professional resources to students in the Cornell community. Our chapter was founded on two central values: Transparency, and being Conflict-of-Interest free.
Our transparent recruitment process means that we openly communicate what can be expected from candidates in our interviews, and we do not keep any secrets in our evaluation methods of candidates. We look for a passion for business, leadership and teamwork ability, professionalism, communication skills, critical thinking ability, and that is all.
Additionally, our commitment to being Conflict-of-Interest free means that no matter who you know or your demographic or professional background, you are assessed solely on your performance in our recruitment cycle.
